There will be a Governance Committee meeting on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, at 10:00 AM at the home of Nancy Starling Ross/Wayne Ross, 225 Big Bear Road. The meeting will be focused on finalizing the revised Covenants. If you plan to attend, please contact Nancy Starling Ross at email@example.com as we will be having a potluck lunch.
There will be a meeting of the Governance Committee on Thursday, January 31, 2019, at the home of Erin Smith, 162 Cedar Ridge Road beginning at 6 PM. Discussion will be the Covenants revision, including a discussion of square footage requirements for homes. Drinks and refreshments will be served.
The Zapata Homeowners' Association Governance Committee will meet from 3-5 PM, Monday, May 14, 2018, at the home of Nancy Starling Ross, 225 Big Bear Road, Zapata Subdivision, to review Covenant updates. If there is time, review of the proposed vicious dog policy will be considered along with fines for the same and fines for illegal dumping.
The Governance Committee of the Zapata Homeowners Association will meet at the home of Erin Smith, 162 Cedar Ridge Road at 6:30 PM April 26, 2018, to review the proposed policy on vicious dogs. The policy will be before the Board for a Second Reading on May 18, 2018. Members are welcome to attend.
There will be a special meeting of the ZHA Board of Directors on Friday, October 6, 2017, at the home of Erin Smith at 162 Cedar Ridge Road beginning at 5:30 PM. The purpose of the meeting is: 1) to accept the ballot results of the Covenant Amendment Initiative; and 2) to authorize Erich Schwiesow, the attorney for the Association to petition the District Court to obtain a court ordered amendment. This is a process made available to the Association through Colorado State Statutes.
The ZHA Fees & Budget Committee will meet Thursday, September 14, 2017, at 225 Big Bear beginning at 6:30 PM. Agenda item will be to review 2018 budget from committees and to prepare a proposed 2018 to the board at their meeting 9/15/2017.
