The covenants establish an architectural committee, a committee that is appointed by, and reports directly to, the ZHA Board of Directors. The architectural committee interprets, administers, and enforces the provisions of the covenants through the architectural guidelines.

Each request must be submitted in writing to the architectural committee for approval prior to beginning any work. An architectural committee request form is available for download as well as at the Association's office. Requests are individually considered by the architectural committee. Any request submitted for a property with delinquent dues, assessments, or fines will be denied approval.
