For people who want to cut wood on the greenbelts or for those wanting to walk or ride horses on the greenbelts, the Physical Improvements Committee chaired by Joe Funk has marked them with cement markers.
The greenbelt side has a green marker, and private property sides have a red marker.
Be certain to get Board approval before cutting wood on the greenbelts. Joe Funk lives on Lake of the Falls and enjoys working on the roads. As a Board member, his goal is to get the subdivision fixed up the best he can before he quits his post.
He has suggested putting a trail around the front lake. A work day will be set up to make this project happen.
Members of the Physical Improvements Committee log a lot of volunteer hours to maintain the subdivision.
