The Board of Directors heard from several Association Members questioning or opposing the Dues increase for 2011. In the end the Board choose not to change it's 2011 Budget with the Dues increase.

At the July 17 Board meeting, this committee reported that they want a fair market price for the Rockwood lots purchased at auction in order to recoup past dues on these lots.
