The board is working on final language to a proposal to change the voting section of the bylaws.
The covenants work session originally set for Saturday, July 10 has changed.
For the last several years, each Board of Directors’ first meeting with the new group of directors has made its first order of business a resolution stating which of the two sets of recorded covenants and their associated plat the Board will be operating under for the next year.
Covenants open house March 14th - to read, question, comment on, and discuss the draft covenant revision.
At their March meeting, the members of the Governance Committee worked on a fine schedule. An important goal was to create fines high enough to be a deterrent, but low enough to actually be applied and accepted.
