When can we see the minutes from the Jan 31 meeting?  I'm interested to see how things are going in relation to us being able to fill the lakes.

Gary, unfortunately there was not a quorum in attendance for that meeting so there are no minutes. Check with Ken though, he is Chairman of the Water Committee.

As you know as a member of the Committee, we have filed an objection with the Water Court on the Application by the RGWCD for a ruling to make Absolute a Water Right for some of the water from the Zapata Drainages that eventually crosses under HWY 150 in support of the Closed Basin Project.

Because we are an active participant in this matter that is before the Water Court, any Communication between the ZHA and the Water Committee with our water attorney is privleged and confidential and must remain that way until there is a ruling by the court.
