2021 Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Zapata Homeowner’s Association will be held on Saturday, August 7th at 10 a.m. on the lawn at Bruce Breckenfeld’s (Jim Jones’s) property at 214 Big Bear Road.

New members who wish to participate in a New Member Orientation at 9 a.m. preceding the meeting should contact Anna Ciezki, ZHA Administrator, in advance.

Due to COVID-19, only the business meeting portion of this year’s Annual Meeting will be presented. Out of an abundance of caution we ask that only adults attend the meeting and that all unvaccinated members wear a mask while in attendance. We will not be renting a tent this year so it is recommended that you wear sunscreen or large brimmed hat to protect against sun exposure.  See you there!
