• Motion to go into Executive Session Regarding Water Disputes between the Zapata HOA, TNC and other parties
  • Discuss privileged and confidential information with Attorney John McClure
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of our discovery
  • Legal strategy and the costs going forward
  • Recommendations to the full Water Committee and the Zapata HOA Board of Directors

** Attendees were selected because they are the most senior members of the Water Committee or are current or past Presidents and Chairpersons of the Zapata HOA Board of Directors.
